John C. Bartley

John founded Beacon Hill Consulting Group with three partners after serving as State Representative from Watertown (1987-91) where he was an active member of three key committees – Health Care, Criminal Justice, and Energy. Prior to elected office, John was a consumer mediator in the Office of the Attorney General and later was Legal Counsel to the Committee on Government Regulations before his appointment as Legal Counsel to the Speaker of the House. 

John earned his law degree from Suffolk Law School after graduating with a B.S.P.A. in Public Administration from Suffolk University.


John P. Burke

John represented the First Hampden and Hampshire District in the Massachusetts State Senate for 12 years. During his time in the Senate, he served as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banks and Banking (1984-91) where he was responsible for completing the transition to nationwide banking as well as other issues concerning trust operations and open-end credit interest rate reform. After serving in the Senate, John acquired extensive experience in government relations in top law and lobbying enterprises in Massachusetts.

John is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.


Robert S. Barry

Robert has been a leading figure in government relations for the past thirty years as a partner in prestigious law and lobbying firms in Boston. During that time, Robert represented the electric utility industry, banking industry, food industry and many other major clients. Prior to lobbying, Robert served as Director of Research for the Committee on Commerce and Labor in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Robert is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has graduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts and the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.


Thomas E. Cremin
Thomas has been a longtime political strategist with years of experience representing entities in energy, insurance, financial services, health services, gaming, and public safety among others before the Massachusetts General Court and boards and commissions of the Commonwealth. Prior to his career in lobbying and government relations, Thomas was a research analyst with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Safety, a compliance specialist with the U.S. Department of Labor, and a school teacher in the Boston Public Schools.

Thomas earned his Master in Education degree from Boston State College after graduating with a B.S. in Political Science.
